"Come along for the ride" - Mini Adventures With Soul

About The Founder - Sharing his passion and true values behind Lost Traditions

"You can do anything, no matter what challenges lie ahead. Dream and take a leap of the unknown" - Amazing adventures await.

This Post is coming from my Heart! With many deep thoughts! I am very nostalgic for my cool travels.

Not everyone expresses themselves as I do. Because we are all unique. I care about my fellow human beings and speak up, as I feel passionate about people enjoying life as much as I do. This will only resonate with a selected audience who will also understand that life is a beautiful ride. Measure the gratefulness and not how quick you can do it. - To have excitement and reward through our efforts and not by participating in the fake stuff. More people choose distractions, avoidance and taking the road of least resistance, than working on serving others or bettering ourselves and not at the cost to others (Not Self serving). Often to the neglect of that which is best, that stops us from struggling and persevere and to never give up - Self development.

There is a lost generation who have lost their connections to life, and lost old fashioned values; the trust, wisdom, relationships, morality and ethics; Life skills, craftsmanship, sustainability, appreciation, producing something of value, that lasted and looking after our wellbeing - So, there is a deep lack of true meaning in peoples lives.

The idea that a life is best served by asking, "What is expected of me" rather than "What is in it for me" is now totally absent.

Life is a bliss, once you slow down and enjoy what life has to offer - Trust in yourself and believe anything is possible. To learn from our mistakes, know life is a journey and too much pleasure brings pain - Balance.

Money is energy - The price of anything is the amount of time/life you exchange for it

Living the rat race instead of enjoying each day in your unique way. Society has now made it normal that our Lost Traditions are not important, losing the skills that taught us the value of money and helped us live within our means. In today's world making spending easier and buying products that have little to no real value. We have put money before serving - Our time in exchange for money. The forces controlling the economics of the marketplace have encouraged manufacturers to have developed cost cutting products and reduced care. Removing the long held principles, just to stay in business… They have no choice but to be competitive.

Our reality is where we are focusing our energy. Are you being helped where to focus?

"We are managing our life and not living it" - Though medications, fast-food/ultra processed foods, debt, addictions, we are overwhelmed and sucked into too much information, and no time for living, or time to reflect on each day. The Westernised world is making it easy to live this way, encouraging us to have a convenient lifestyle - Low self-esteem. Believing this is how life's supposed to be, and life begins when you retire. The simple question; why don't you have the time now to truly live? If you are good for it, go for it.

Which will serve you better?

To play this game is to chase money and things 'obsessed‘ and not living, evolving or being resourceful. Stand out of the norm; Be objective, or you won't see what's all around you. The joy within - Enjoy the experience that life offers and be grateful for everything - High self-esteem.

Only you are responsible to live to your true self and not what you are told to do... You have to live it to realise it works.

It's the intentions behind what we say, think, write and do that matters - Be on the right path for humanity.

We can contribute back to society with Neighbourhood Welcome.

Reconnecting - Where we used to rely on each other and not Neighbourhood Watch. Engaging and working together. Supporting and promoting local and small authentic independent businesses, to put the soul back into communities. Aim to progress towards a win-win for everyone.

Cycling & hiking brings joy and beautiful things. It's not always easy of course, fear can come to the mind; to fail, but the want to do it - Never doubt yourself. You can achieve great things! And the experience you share with your buddies and  acquaintances, the good and bad times where you lend a helping hand; the moments that make the journey incredible - The memories you keep for life.... Keep going one pedal/step at a time - The endurance.

"I cycle because it makes me happy to do it, and you have to focus on what you are doing" - Living the moment, nothing else matters. I am lucky to be part of a community of cyclists that continues growing - The joys of cycling.

The world has a lot of distortion, compliance and a lack of expression. We are complying as if it’s normal, instead of really questioning things and standing up for ourselves. Expressing who we are before society told us who we had to be - A lack of community, and pretending everything is fine.

The flipside, the world will come together... For that to happen we need to reconnect to people in our communities, then you can create the change in whatever way you can.

Martin Lost Traditions. Be aware of where you focus your attention. Keep it simple - Simplicity brings peace.

Follow your intuition, stand up to what you value and live to your true nature - Get in tune with what makes sense to you.

About the authors soul mission: An independent business owner who also supports others locally and nationally as a win-win for everyone including the customer we are all serving.

Working and living to high values, he uses it to his advantage to push himself and others, but also knows that others may not be as motivated. He also values quality made goods, that are handmade, built to last and do the job they were designed to do. And he enjoys the simple pleasures of home-made food and all who are connected to it.

Who is often rebellious and a sceptic of those who do not have the best interest for humanity. In fact he believes they only have self interests - He can see through the nonsense.

His mission is clearly laid out to shake up the modern world and pave the way for future generations to create greater peace and harmony for all - To speak his truth.

Having a strong connection with nature and animals, he feels more at home in nature, living life to the beat of his own drum, taking time out to enjoy the beauty on his own doorstep, that otherwise is taken for granted. He also travels the world in search of knowing there is more to life than working, getting overstressed, overburdened, and full of illnesses. What he calls the 'consequences of progress' that only benefits the few, at the cost of many.

He enjoys living to his truth and encourages others to follow their own path… “Sometimes life is about risking everything for a dream no one can see but you.” He wants you to know you can live life to your own freewill, that makes sense to you. You have to do it, to realise it works.

The author also has a strong intuition and looks for trust, truth and honesty in others or he walks away. Where he feels honesty he will give his all and do what he says he is going to do - Unwilling to compromise just to fit in.

If you are a close friend, or connect to Martin when you first meet him, you will soon discover he is very curious and introspective. Questioning the way things are and why they are like that... deep, thought-provoking questions about life and the state of living.

“Why is there poverty when there is enough to survive on?”
