THE BICYCLE - PRIME OF TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGY.
Possibly the best answer to life's problems - Cycle more, doesn't matter how much or where, as long as you cycle...

Welcome to Trail Ride Sunday's For fun, fitness and without a thought on anything but the ride you are taking.

Trail Ride Sundays

The UK is blessed with Bike Parks

Ride more, buy less, eat well and spend more time in the great outdoors

For all levels and everyone is welcome.
We are a group of casual cyclists who enjoy the trails and who like to share our passion and love for bikes. Our aim is to cycle more and get more people cycling.

View Google Map for a list of local bike trails across the UK (Spain & Colombia soon)

We also have a Facebook Group so you can keep update with Sunday rides (Alternate location for different trail ride and time each Sunday, will be posted each week)

Both engaging in nature and cycling has benefits that can deliver both mentally and physically.

Cycling can change your life
Cycling trails is one of the most spectacular activities you can do, for total enjoyment, fitness and living in the moment by not having a care of the big wide world, all with a big sense of achievement.

Aerobic exercise can benefit:

  • Your Memory
  • Your Mood
  • Decreasing Stress
  • Enhancing Sleep
  • Burning of excess sugar/fat

The key is consistency - Regular cycling and diet combines physical exercise with being outdoors and exploring new places.

For great experiences - You can ride solo or in a group, both giving you time to process worries or concerns, riding with a group means making new friends.

Do wear a helmet when cycling, bring snacks, water, spare tube, basic tools and a pump.

A good ride fixes everything
A good ride fixes everything - On yer bike!

I grew up like that, I have always felt free and alive when I am in nature - At peace with the world and with oneself. I came to myself and realised: This is actually life!

Charging the power station from the leisure battery in my campervan or from 110 W solar panel. To be a little self-sufficient when wild camping. Also, allows me to charge laptop and the phone for working remotely on longer trips away.

The world crisis we are all going though, will bring suffering and hard-times. This will bring a brilliant opportunity, from a good kick up the back-side to get people to work and build a better life. As we become in-tune of what's really important, we will not be able to rely on the health care system, people will have no choice but start to take care of themselves. Things will get better, but not the same as before, we will see less plastic rubbish being brought from China and more quality goods made locally.
